A Simple Glow-Up Season: Faith, Motherhood & Confidence
If you’re a busy mom trying to grow, you probably get this. Life is full. Kids, home, everything in between… it adds up fast. Somewhere along the way, you look up and realize you’ve kind of been in survival mode for a while. That was me.
I’ve been living in t-shirts, messy buns, and doing what I needed to get through the day. And listen… I still love a good pajama day 😂 But lately, I’ve started feeling like I want a little more for myself again.
Not in a “completely reinvent my life” kind of way. Just in a “hey… maybe I should start taking care of myself again too” kind of way.
Feeling Unqualified? God Can Still Use You
I want to talk about something I hear all the time from Christian creatives. Honestly, it’s something I’ve struggled with too. That feeling of being unqualified. Maybe God has been stirring something in your heart. Maybe you feel like you’re supposed to use your creativity for something bigger. Maybe you feel called to encourage others, lead a creative group, or start a creative ministry. But then that little voice pops up in your head.
"I'm not good enough."
"I don't know enough."
"Someone else could do this better."
Sound familiar? Let me tell you something that changed everything for me. God is not looking for perfection. He is looking for obedience.
